What we do in this class:
Work your entire body with our signature class “Feel The Burn.’ Designed by firefighters, the class focuses on a variety of full-body movements, from squats, lunges, and deadlifts to rows pulls and presses, so there’s not an inch of you that doesn’t feel the burn.
You’ll use the best functional training equipment, including prowler sleds, tractor tires, kettlebells, barbells, battle ropes and more, to make sure your workout is varied and fun.
We use MyZone software to track your effort levels to ensure that you’re being pushed!
