Work mind and body in our popular vinyasa-style yoga class. Strengthen and stretch your muscles to improve your fitness and flexibility, as well as working on your self-discipline, relaxation and resilience.
Our resident Yoga instructor will show you how to breathe in the most effective way and guide you through a variety of poses from simple to challenging.
Once you’ve learnt this proven stress relief discipline, you’ll have the tools to better self-soothe both on and off the yoga mat.
