Firehouse Fitness is open as normal this week until 9 pm on Wednesday 4th November. We will then close temporarily in line with Government rules and the national lockdown that commences on the 5th of November. Members – There is no need to cancel your Direct Debit or membership. Please contact one of the team and we will be happy to talk you through the options available including a FREE freeze period.

We would also just like to take this opportunity to wholeheartedly thank the members who have continued to pay their membership during the lockdown period. Your support towards a small local business has not gone unnoticed and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

THE GYM.

The gym is split into 6 zones including;
Zone 1 Engine house – Strength & conditioning & free weights.
Zone 2 Drill Yard – Large group functional HIIT training zone.
Zone 3 Cardio zone – Treamills, bikes, Stairmills & more…
Zone 4 – Small group functional training Zone.
Zone 5 – Spin Zone 16 x life fitness spin bikes, surround sound, LED effect lighting.
Zone 6 – 15 capacity Yoga room.
Highly skilled & passionate Personal Trainers are always on hand to offer tailored exercise & nutritional support for all levels of fitness in both 1-1 & group settings.
We also have our delicious Refuel bar, so whether you want to grab a shake after your workout or simply pop in for a chill with your friends and a coffee we’ve got your back.
