Zone 1 Engine house – Strength & conditioning & free weights.
Zone 2 Drill Yard – Large group functional HIIT training zone.
Zone 3 Cardio zone – Treamills, bikes, Stairmills & more…
Zone 4 – Small group functional training Zone.
Zone 5 – Spin Zone 16 x life fitness spin bikes, surround sound, LED effect lighting, 50″ myzone screen.
Zone 6 – 15 capacity Yoga room.
Highly skilled & passionate Personal Trainers are always on hand to offer tailored exercise & nutritional support for all levels of fitness in both 1-1 & group settings.
We also have our delicious Refuel bar, so whether you want to grab a shake after your workout or simply pop in for a chill with your friends and a coffee we’ve got your back.
